Initiate Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare Package
Securely pack the tool in its original box, including all accessories and manuals that were included in the shipment.

Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
